Brad David
About Me
Real estate has been part of Brad David’s life for as long as he can remember.
He is a second-generation REALTOR® and a second-generation builder/developer. He grew up around job sites, plats, and closing tables in Marietta, and he watched his hometown change from a Cobb County crossroads into part of metro Atlanta — new subdivisions, new roads, new schools, and a steady stream of people who got there after he did. He moved to Statesboro about 15 years ago, and he has been watching Bulloch County start down that same road ever since.
Brad is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Conner Realty in Statesboro, handling residential, commercial, and land transactions throughout Bulloch and the surrounding counties, and down to the Georgia coast. Clients come to him for a house on a quiet street in Brooklet, a warehouse on the edge of town, a hundred acres of timber and row crop, or a place closer to the water — and often for more than one of those over a relationship that lasts decades.
The builder/developer side of his background is not just family history — Brad holds an active Georgia residential contractor license alongside his real estate license. He walks a property the way a builder/developer does: grade and drainage, road frontage, utility access, flood zones, zoning and setbacks — what a site will actually support before a dollar is spent. For sellers, that means pricing and marketing grounded in what a property truly is. For buyers, it means hearing what a place will cost to fix long before the inspection report says so.
Statesboro is not the town it was when Brad got here. Georgia Southern’s campus growth, the arrival of the Hyundai Metaplant, and the Downtown Statesboro Master Plan have brought new attention and new capital to Bulloch, the surrounding counties, and the whole corridor between Statesboro and the coast. Brad has worked through several market cycles here, and his read on a deal tends to stay steady when the headlines don’t.
Brad and his wife, Sidney McDougald David, live in Statesboro. Sidney’s family has been in Bulloch County since the early 1900s. He is active at Statesboro First United Methodist Church, and outside of work he is usually on a golf course, in a deer stand, on the water, or somewhere he hasn’t been before. The hunting and fishing aren’t incidental to the job — a good bit of what he sells is timber, field, and water.
He will tell you what a property is and what it isn’t, he answers his phone, and he stays in the deal until it closes.
