Dean Rigdon

About Me

Meet Dean Ridgon, known by some as the “Dean of Real Estate”. Since joining the company in 1995, Dean has helped many families find a perfect place to call home. He earned his GRI designation in 1998 while also obtaining his Associate Brokers License the same year. Dean has been awarded many distinguishing awards through-out the years including: Million Dollar Club 2000-2004, Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award 2006, and Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society award 2002, 2019, 2020. Dean is a Bulloch County native who married his highschool sweetheart, Joyce, in 1977. They are blessed with two children and seven grandchildren.
